each moment

I came here to read

and I keep noticing

that everything changes

some people come

and some people go

the songs change

the conversations

rise and fall

start and end

walking humans

enter and leave

the sounds of coffee

grinding out its smells

the laughter

the sadness

the heartbreak

the challenges

the happiness

all mingle together

and come and go

and my thoughts

follow the waves

of each moment

as they arrive

stay and then leave
