Living Intentionally

Intention as a Force

The first important lesson that we learn from this quote, is that intention as a concept is a real force in the universe like the law of gravity. The idea that the universe conspires for our good and that there is real work behind the scenes to support the unfolding of one’s life purpose. This is the force that is at the center of this idea. It is not something that we create or imagine, it is a real force in the universe.

Live of The Source

Our writer here clearly is referring to a first qualifier to being able to tap into this force. He refers to sorcerers or those who live of the source. This is an appeal to the deeper life, to spiritual life. A direct reference to the crux of our beliefs. The source is the creator and sustainer of the universe and therefore of the force of intention. If I am going to experience this power, I do so via living of the source. A spiritual, inner life then is the doorway to true human potential.

To Beckon Intent

As I connect to this inner power, I am compelled to beckon intent. The idea is that I am “raising my hand” and asking the force of intent to come to my aid. It is the opposite of human ingenuity alone being appealed to. It is the powerful combination of a person who is desiring to become their best self and recognizing that he is not alone and cannot do it alone.

A Response Desired

The most inspiring and amazing aspect of this truth is this when appealed to, this universal power responds by coming to the aid of the person who is beckoning. This partnership between a seeking dreamer and a universal law designed to bring fulfillment is key to our efforts to bring into reality our deepest dreams and desires.

The Unfolding Plan

Here we see an astounding truth. The path is set up, the way is made, the resources are accounted for, the doors will be open, the way is going to be made. This can be experienced as synchronicities, coincidences, good luck, omens, etc. ultimately it is the universal law of intention, working with you and for you and maybe more accurately, through you.

Confidence in Possibilities

Yet another amazing statement is found here, the sorcerer, always accomplishes what they set out to do. When operating based on these principles, one can be filled with the utmost confidence in the possibilities of an outcome that meets and exceeds their desires. This confidence is the opposite of arrogance because it is founded, not in my abilities, but in my partnership with something greater than myself to accomplish a life calling larger than my own best plans.

Conclusion

This truth stands alone, regardless of my response to it. Yet, if I respond, it can be the path toward true fulfillment of my life’s work and calling. I will be and do so much more than I ever could have imagined and accomplished on my own. The appeal is to a true partnership with the creator and source of all, in the beautiful unfolding of what I was placed on this earth to become.
