One Verse

tonygilotte5

We live in a collective space that we call the Universe. This has been described as the "totality of existence" or "the whole body of all things."

We all know this place as our home. We live here, we exist here. This is all we know. When we look at the stars, though they are so far, we know that we are somehow related.

As we take a closer look at the word, universe, we notice it is made up of two different words. The word one and the word verse.

The word one mathematically is the beginning of positive numbers. It is the building block for addition or multiplying anything in the direction of building and growth. Life is growth and growth is life.

The word one also has a unity to it. When something is said to be of one, it is meant to be whole or complete, unified, together. As opposed to divided or separated.

The word verse means writing arranged with a metrical rhythm. As in a song or poem. Something that has rhythm is in sync or has a flow to it. A verse has a beauty to it that creates song and poem.

Putting these words together as we do in the word Universe- One Verse. We find a powerful description of the home in which we exist.

A universe is a place of beginning, growth, life, a place of unity wholeness, completeness, a place with rhythmic sync and flow to all of the parts, a beautiful song of poetry.

This is our home. The next time you hear someone appeal to the universe, or suggest that they are trusting the universe, or following the universe, think of it this way.

This is a decision to align with new beginnings, growth, life, to be open to unity and wholeness, to be in sync and rhythm with one's life, to allow for beauty and truth to flow through one's being.

Sounds good to me!
