" To discover for certain who we are, what the universe is, and what is the significance of the brief drama of life and death, we play out against the backdrop of eternity." Eknath Easwaran
I simply can't imagine any other possibility, than that, this quest, must lie at the core of every human being who ever lived, is living, or ever will live.
If we are able to get to the core of our being, this is the vibrant, obvious only course of action, to bravely search out this path. To discover who I am, what is the nature of life and the universe and what is my purpose in it as I experience my existence. What else could matter more than this?
For me, it only becomes crystal clear when I can get quiet and listen to my inner voice. The noise of our manmade world, that we have created, keeps us from this natural clarity, to hear our own inner voice.
Growth is a natural phenomenon. Nature and the entire universe does truly conspire for our good and for our growth. If we will align with its principles and the flow of life, we will find ourselves on paths of exhilaration, challenge and wonder.
However, nothing mundane, boring or easy here, It is a path filled with cliffs and peaks of challenge, oceans of unknowns, forests of respite and darkness, and open plains and fields of opportunity.
Are you willing to step outside of comfort and familiarity, say yes to the adventure that all of life has been calling you to, and never look back on a day of regret again?
This is the open door, the message you have been looking for, the reminder from the outside of the prompt that life keeps giving you on the inside.
A yes will do, that is all that is required. Just an openness to see clearer and go deeper and farther than you could ever imagine. The path of growth is within you, behind you, below you, above you and, in front of you.
Lets go for it!
